How can I report a new problem or request in Mint Service Desk Cloud?
Log in to your Mint Service Desk account as a Customer. Click the button in the upper right
corner "New Ticket" and create a new ticket. Fill in all the required fields of the ticket form.
These required ones are: "Subject", "Ticket Type" and "Assign to a Queue". Also describe
the problem or request in detail and add any attachments that may help resolve the issue.
Once you have filled in all the required information, click the "Create Ticket" button to submit
your request to the Mint Service Desk system.
How can I check the status of my ticket at the Mint Service Desk?
Log in to your account using your credentials. Immediately after logging in, on thedashboard of your account you will be in the "Tickets" tab and there you will see thereported issue. Once you've found your ticket, you will see the columns with all theinformation including “Status”. Common statuses you will see in this panel include"Open," "In Progress," "On Hold," "Resolved," or "Closed.".
How can I get technical support if I have problems or difficulties navigating the system?
If you encounter problems and difficulties navigating the Mint Service Desk Cloud system or you require any technical support while creating a ticket, you can go to the“Help” section. The system provides three options for help: contact support, documentation and Q&A. The "Help" function gives you the ability to search for a specific problem or question. All you have to do is type your query into the field. If there is a related answer in the system, it will automatically be shown to you. If yous till haven't found the answer to your question in the "Help" section, you can contact the help desk at any time. Just click on the "Contact Us'' button and describe your problem.
Is there a demo version of Mint Service Desk Cloud?
Yes, there is a demo version of Mint Service Desk Cloud. To activate this version go to the link: https://www.mintsd.com/mint-service-desk-cloud/mint-service-desk-cloud#Pricing.

Then you need to fill in all the required data. After filling in the data, you will be redirected to the payment page. Enter all your card information. For the first 7 days you have access to the demo environment and can test it. After 7 days, funds will be debited from your account and you can use a service desk. If you wantto stop using the system, all you have to do is cancel your subscription during thetrial period. Then the funds will not be charged and the purchase is canceled.
